Don't Waste Your Pulpit

I was watching this video by John Piper, Pastor for Preaching at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota earlier today. It really gave me renewed perspective and purpose with regard to my preaching ministry. I was so blessed. Let me share it with you. Enjoy!!!

Pastor,
After watching the video my immediate thoughts were: there is no wasted pulpit in Greater St. John. As I've mentioned in the past you are very devoted to God's word. You share it with us, obviously live it and you teach it with energy that exhibits a true spirit influenced soul. We are extremely Blessed to have you as our Pastor and be associated with your loving family.

Another Blessing GSJ is fortunate enough to have is Associate Ministers who can step in when called and provide there unique way of sharing God's word also.

P.S. Please don’t make us wait so long for your next thoughts (if you can). That’s another method of your teaching that we look forward to reading.

Thanks again,
Brother Armstrong

Hi Pastor McGhee!
Today is my very first day on this web sight and fortunately I realized that we share almost similar profile. There were hundreds of othere that I could have posted a message to but for some divine reasons I was particularly attracted to you. I believe there are many things we can learn from each other as we interact and fellowship.
For some techchnical reasons you video did not display but I will try at another time.
My pray for you is that God will continue to use you to touch many more lives and give you the greatest desire of you heart.

Pastor,

Power filled video.

"Don’t Waste Your Pulpit"

There was a key word that caught my attention "Saturated" the WORD should be in every fiber of our mortal existence. I am in 100% agreement with Brother Armstrong that GOD has smiled on Greater Saint John by sending you h(ear)ere, continue giving us that unadulterated WORD which is able to save our souls.

Stay endowed with the Holy Spirit…

GOD Bless~~~

Hello my brother. I like the video very much. What we need is a relationship not religion. And you can only get that thru spending time with him in his word. Great post brother and merry christmas to you and your family.

Pastor McGhee,

I was unable to listen to the video presentation " Don't Waste Your Pulpit". However, GSJ pulpit is filled with the teaching of God's Word. We are Blessed to have you as our Pastor.

Blessings to the McGhee Family!
